Building a round tower that stays round
A round tower is one circle repeated for every layer of height. The hard part in game is not the circle — it is keeping it identical all the way up. Copy the ring from the blueprint, mark the four compass points on the ground layer, and check those markers every few layers.
Wall thickness and the room inside
The interior width is the outer diameter minus twice the wall thickness. A 15 block tower with 1 block walls gives a 13 block room; with 2 block walls it drops to 11. Thicker walls suit castles and let you carve arrow slits, thinner walls suit wizard towers and lighthouses.
Floors, stairs and light
- Six layers between floors gives comfortable headroom plus space for a light.
- Pair this with the spiral staircase generator using the same interior width so the stairs fit the shaft exactly.
- Cap the tower with the dome generator at the same diameter — the dome's base ring lands right on the wall.
